- Estate planning – Estate planning is the process of arranging for the disposal of a person’s estate once they die. Property estate planning will minimise uncertainties with arranging probate. Preparing a will, power of attorney and an enduring guardian is the cornerstone of effective estate planning;
- Estate administration including obtaining probate or letters of administration – Probate is the process of obtaining authorisation for letters of administration to the Supreme Court is required in the event the deceased has not left a valid will;
- Estate disputes including Family Provision Act claims – If someone believes they should have been a beneficiary of a will, they can make a claim against the estate.
